T die head is made in different materials ,such as 38CrMoAIA ,40CR,42CRMo, and 45#steel,with layer, under Cr coating and nitrogen treatment. It's adjustable at the month part, with range 0.1mm to 3mm. It is used to produce single or multi-layered PC, PS, PP, PE, PET sheets. The function of this so-called sheet die is to transform the melt flow from a circular section to a narrow rectangular section, so that the melt has the most uniform viscosity distribution at the outlet.
